If you’ve ever felt:
Small but soft
Thin but not toned
Confused about how to shape your body without putting fat on
You’re not alone!
And yes.. you're allowed to want better for yourself.
The fitness world tells women to follow crazy bulk/ cut cycles, where we end up:
Getting small but losing our muscle tone
Then needing to build, but having to put fat on
Then cut again... and the cycle continues
Which usually leads to:
Inefficient progress
Inconsistency
Misplaced effort
Here’s the truth:
You can grow your glutes and shrink your waist at the same time
You do not need to bulk or eat like a bear
You do not need to train like a dude
You do not need to live in the gym
Skinnyfat girlies are often told they’re “fine” and "look great"…
while secretly wishing their body looked and felt different.
Society accepts the skinnyfat look because they're healthy, but c'mon- health is the bare minimum.
Confidence is earned through inner and outer strength, and a lot of self-love.
I’ve spent 13 years in the fitness industry and 6 years coaching women through this phase- and there is a middle path that's efficient and sustainable.
One where you:
Shape without confusion
Feel strong and feminine
Stop spinning your wheels
Finally stay consistent.. because it's fun💁🏼♀️
SkinnyStrength is for the woman who refuses to settle.
Not because she hates her body…
but because she knows she’s capable of more than “good enough.”

I cannot say enough good things about Cheyanne and her training style. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent about the human body and how best to strengthen it. However, the best thing about her is that one feels she has a genuine interest in your improvement, which translates into your wanting to do your best — for yourself! She has an incredible gift of motivating a person. You want to be the best version of yourself when you’re under her guidance. How does she do it? I have no idea. She is an amazing listener, never patronizing, and she “walks the walk” herself. A consummate professional! My life was so painlessly but also radically transformed by this amazing human. I went from being completely disconnected from my body to actually feeling confident in it. How??? Because, Cheyanne. Amazing.

Cheyanne is the best coach! She's been my coach for three years now and my life has drastically improved since. She has taught me everything I know about how to work out, how to eat, and how to balance the two with the rest of life. She has given me encouragement, support, and guidance through times I really wanted to quit. She has empowered me to keep pushing myself with her perfect balance of toughness and tenderness. Her knowledge on all things fitness is vast and thorough, so you can always trust you’re in good hands. Cheyanne is seriously the best coach and has helped me to lose 35 pounds, build strength, and have an active and healthy lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
- Grace
Despite having a gym membership consistently for over a decade the year+ I trained under Cheyanne was by far my strongest ever.
When it comes to programming and getting results she knows what she's doing & how to propel you forward.
Working with Cheyanne gave me the tools and knowledge to move forward on my own (with confidence!) and continue to progress - which should be every trainer/coaches goal in my opinion.
- Stephanie
Coach Chey is a remarkable resource. She is both well versed in the body and in motivating clients. She tailored my work out to my needs while helping build strength throughout my system. She truly believes being strong as a women, enhances all areas of ones life and lives the creed.
- Lisa
Just the right amount of compassion and ass-kicking! She is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She pushes respectfully. I adore her and she has made working out productive and fun!
- Erin
Coach Chey is so patient and cares about her clients and wants everyone to succeed in their goals. She is always available to answer any questions and guides you through the whole process. She is such a positive and caring coach.

How do you put it into words when someone has truly changed your life? When someone has provided you with support and love over the past three months that have made such an impact on you?
It’s a hard ask to put into words how much Cheyanne has changed my life with her coaching. I went out on a whim to make a change for myself 90 days ago and the changes that have taken place because of the tools & plan Cheyanne has provided me is mind-blowing.
I have created a healthy relationship with myself when it comes to food. Controlling my calorie portions while increasing my protein intake and paying attention to what I’m putting in my body. Creating the background to be able to be successful and being able to say yes when I want to eat something but being smart about it.
I have learned my way around a gym with ZERO previous knowledge. Working out 3 days a week and being comfortable in doing so. Hitting step goals like it’s nobody’s business when I used to HATE having to push myself for movement.
I have lost 25 pounds in 90 days and honestly have NEVER felt better in my life. Creating the mindset and the habits was the hardest part for me and she helped me do that. I thought after having my two kids, I would never get the weight off and never be able to like the way I look and feel but I was wrong – because of Cheyanne.
If you have EVER wanted to do something for yourself – DO THIS. Partner with someone that will provide you the tools for success and be there to help you every step of the way. I can not recommend this program and Cheyanne enough – she has changed my life and I can never repay her for it.

1:1 Fitness Coaching is a professional relationship between Coach and Client designed to help ladies shape their curves, improve their strength, enjoy more confidence, and sustain their results.
Love this question, because I was an in-person coach for the last 6 years. Personal training is a hand-holding approach to achieving results in fitness, and most coaches fail to create an environment for client success beyond the coach/ client relationship. Online coaching, on the other hand, gets to the heart of sustainability: the client's mindset.
This is why I made the switch- I'm able to get my clients better results in much less time, and they are far more equipped to maintain their progress.

To work with me, submit an application on the next page. I require you to meet some minimum criteria, which include but are not limited to: having some exercise experience, no major injuries or health conditions, and mentally in a place where I am confident I can provide value. If this is of interest, submit an application today to see if you are the right fit.
We are fully online! We will communicate via Zoom and text. So, wherever your heart desires :)
I have two apps that I use to deliver your exercise, nutrition, and habit/mindset programs. If I determine you're a good fit, we'll schedule a Fitness Assessment, where I'll show you the softwares I use for all my clients. They are both private, branded apps.
Communication, communication, communication! I meet with my gals once a week, and I have 2 additional group calls they can join per week for extra support. A lot of what improves the consistency factor is engagement and positive reinforcement. So, make sure you hop on our meetings! Fitness is fun when you have the right people around you!
Yes, my favorite part about nutrition is its' infinite possibilities. I will show you how to eat for your body composition goals while adhering to your dietary needs.
Yes! But nothing crazy- it all depends on your experience level, and I'll make recommendations after I understand where you are and where you're wanting to go. A pair of dumbbells and mini bands can take a beginner a long way. If you've been training for a while, you should already be at a gym or have a good home setup. Whatever your starting point is, we'll build off of. There's also fun techniques I like to utilize for home workouts- we can make 5 lbs feel like 50, so don't worry!
Motivation is a feeling- like happiness, it comes and goes with the wind. Discipline, on the other hand, is a skill that can be built (no one is born with discipline). Standards, on the other other hand, is even more powerful than discipline. My job is to raise your standards, sharpen your discipline, and teach you how to generate gratitude on a whim- so you don't need to be "motivated" to do anything; you do it because it's who you are.
After you sumbit your application, I have homework on the last page so you can start this right now :)
